Environmental Process
This environmental document is an essential component to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and/or Wisconsin Environmental Policy Act (WEPA) project development process, which supports and compliments public involvement and interagency coordination.
The environmental document below describes the project purpose and need, and proposed work, analyzes anticipated beneficial and adverse effects of the project and presents mitigation commitments to address identified effects. The document also provides a summary of public involvement completed during the project development process.
