Traffic impacts

The road will be closed and detoured (local traffic only; no thru traffic) to occur no earlier than May 28 and be opened by September 13. The posted state highway detour route will use WIS 56 and US 14. For the balance of the project, the road will remain open to traffic under flagging operations.

UPDATE:

• Friday June 28^th.  The road will be closed at CTH N to Fortner Rd for concrete placement at the box culvert site.  Approximate time of the closure will be 7am to 1pm.
• Also Friday June 28^th, 82 will be closed just west of the CTH UU intersection as crews replace storm sewer pipe across the highway.  Likely all day (7am – 5pm).

July 1 at 7am – July 3 at 12pm

• Road closed ¼-mile east of Anderson Ridge Rd for culvert replacement (1 day)
• Road closed ¼-mile east of Worman Rd (200’west of Chase Rd) for culvert replacement (1 day)

July 8 – July 12

• Road closed ½-mile west of Worman Rd (0.35-miles east of Brown Rd) for culvert replacement (2 days)
• Road closed 500’ west of Brown Rd for culvert replacement (2 days)

July 15 – July 19

• Road closed in De Soto at Devlin St for box culvert removal and replacement with elliptical concrete pipe (5 days).  One lane open for local traffic.

July 22 – July 26

• Road closed ½-mile west of Old 82 Ave (3/4-mile west of Fortner Rd) for culvert replacement (2-3 days)
• Road closed ¾-mile west of Old 82 Ave (1-mile west of Fortner Rd) for culvert replacement (2-3 days)

July 29 – August 2

• Road closed ¼-mile east of Anderson Ridge Rd for culvert replacement (4-5 days)
