Traffic impacts

• Major construction operations and long-term lane closures will be restricted to the fall-spring seasons to avoid the summer peak tourist season.
• One-way traffic will be required during spring stages with one lane open in each direction during most other stages.
• Nighttime (10pm to 6am) single-lane closures will be permitted during weeknight (Monday – Thursday) summer months.
