75th Street Construction update for week of 12/18/23:

This is our last construction update.  Barrels will be removed from eastbound traffic on Friday 12/15, opening all eastbound lanes. Westbound barrels will be removed on Tuesday, 12/19, opening all westbound lanes.  As of Tuesday, the project will be substantially complete.

A few remaining punch list items:

• Temporary signals at the intersections with WIS 83 and 246^th Avenue will remain in place as the new permanent signals are installed.  The new signals should be active in the first week of January.  Short term lane closures may be needed on certain approaches while the new poles are being installed, but no movements will be restricted.
• In Spring 2024, some restoration and landscaping/finishing work that can’t be completed in December will be needed on the terraces and medians, but no lane closures or impacts to traffic are expected.
