The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has two additional projects planned on WIS 13 in Ashland County in 2027:

1610-01-08 (78): Weeping Willow Lane to East Mack Street

• Replacing the pavement on WIS 13 on the 0.29-mile section in Glidden
• Replacing curb, gutter, pavement markings, sidewalk, sidewalk curb ramps, signs and storm sewer

The town of Jacobs also intends to replace sanitary sewer and water utilities.

1610-01-12 (82): Price County Line to Morse Road

• Removing 2.25 inches of the existing pavement on WIS 13 and side road intersections and paving 3.75 inches of new asphalt
• Installing centerline rumble strips
• Replacing pavement markings
