Overview
WIS 91 improvements in Winnebago County will begin May 27, 2025. Work is taking place from the West County Line in the town of Nepeuskun to WIS 44 in the city of Oshkosh. Improvements include milling/resurfacing of WIS 91, replacement of roughly 30 pipe culverts, minor drainage improvements, and pavement marking. WIS 91 will be closed and detoured in portions of the work zone at the beginning of the project. The project is expected to finish by October 2025.
