Construction includes:

• Removing 3.25 inches of existing pavement and paving 3.25 inches of hot-mix asphalt.
• Replacing curb ramps
• Removing roadway pavers
• Adjusting manhole covers, inlet covers and water valves
• Installing storm sewer
• Placing new pavement markings
