Traffic impacts

• The changing temporary configurations of STH 19 will continue into the early fall season.
• The temporary lanes have a maximum width of 11 feet, so no wide loads can be accommodated.

Project update

– WIS 19 will be closed between WIS 113 and River Road October 10 and 11 for high friction surface treatment

– NIGHTWORK WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT (9/25) ON STH 19 FROM THE STH 113 ROUNDABOUT TO THE RIVER ROAD ROUNDABOUT

• THE WORK WILL BE COMPLETED UNDER A SINGLE LANE FLAGGING OPERATION.
• IF THERE ARE BACKUPS, MOTORISTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO USE ALTERNATIVE ROUTES.

Construction Activities This Week:

• The asphalt paving crew finished the final lift of asphalt from STH 113 to River Road in the eastbound lane.
• The concrete crew continued pouring the median sidewalk for the Hogan Road turn lanes.
• The sign crew started the placement of the permanent traffic signs.
• The pavement marking crew started the placement of the permanent pavement markings.
• The rumble strip crew finished all the project rumble strips last night.

Construction Activities for the week of September 28^th:

• The pavement marking crew will finish all pavement markings by Monday of next week. (Weather permitting)
• Concrete crews will finish pouring the sidewalk for the Hogan Road median turn lanes.
• The shouldering crew will finish all their work by Monday of next week.
• The STH 19 reconstruction project will be substantially complete next week. Only punch list items will remain.
