Project update
Traffic Update:
- The north half of Division Street was reopened yesterday, Wednesday (7/8/2026).
- Following the reopening of Division Street; Bruenig Blvd., Schumacher Rd., and Hogan Rd. were closed for reconstruction.
– Bruenig Blvd., Schumacher Rd., and south Hogan Road will be closed for approximately 3 weeks. (Weather permitting)

Construction Activities This Week:
– The concrete sidewalks at Division Street were complete late last week. Topsoil followed this week and restoration is scheduled for today.
– Asphalt crews paved north Division Street and STH 19 at Division.
– Traffic control and pavement marking crews were on site yesterday to reopen and reconfigure the Division Street intersection.
– The excavation crew moved from the north side of Hogan Road to the south side and started pavement and curb removals.
Construction Activities for the week of July 13th:
- Grading crews will continue to remove pavement and cut subgrade at Bruenig, Schumacher, and south Hogan Road.
- Once removals are complete, crews will place the base aggregate at all three locations.
- Toward the end of next week, crews will start placing the storm sewer system for south Hogan Road.
