The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) will improve this 12-mile section of WIS 131 from La Farge to Ontario by resurfacing the existing asphalt pavement.

Additional improvements include:

• Upgrading guardrail
• Concrete overlay on two bridges
• Bridge painting and wing stabilization on one bridge
• Curb ramp installation at the intersection of WIS 133 and WIS 33
• Culvert repairs and lining
• New cross culverts and inlets
