Construction includes:

• Removing the existing culvert
• Building a temporary bypass to carry a single lane of traffic during construction
• Constructing a bridge to replace the culvert
• Replacing pavement approaching the new structure
• Installing guardrail
• Removing the temporary bypass
• Repairing slopes disturbed by construction
