Construction includes:

• Constructing a single-lane bypass and structure to carry traffic during construction
• Removing the existing box culvert
• Constructing a bridge to replace it
• Replacing roadway approach pavement on both sides of the structure
• Installing guardrail
• Removing the temporary bypass and structure
