Anticipated work scheduled: Crews will:

• Continue concrete removal and replacement
• Begin replacing bridge approach slabs
• Continue structure work at various structures
• Mill asphalt surfaces

Traffic impacts (the next 10 days): 

• US 51 will be closed to through traffic from US 8 to County L.
• US 51 traffic will be detoured using US 8 and WIS 47.
• This detour will remain in place until noon May 21, 2026. The road will be open for Memorial Day weekend
