Anticipated work scheduled: Crews will:

• Install the curb and gutter, sidewalk and pedestrian ramps for the south half of WIS 54 and County D/North Shawano Street in New London.
• Backfill behind the curb and gutter and place topsoil.
• Begin grading for asphalt paving.

Traffic impacts (the next 10 days): 

• WIS 54 is reduced to one lane in each direction from Jeanne Street to House Road.
• The south half of the intersection of WIS 54 and County D/North Shawano Street in New London is closed and will remain closed through Sept. 14. WIS 54 eastbound and westbound traffic will be maintained. There will be no posted detour with this closure
