Stage 2 April 2026 – Mid July (Move all traffic to EB lanes and replace pavement in WB lanes)

Stage 3 Mid July 2026 – October 2026 (Move all traffic to WB lanes and replace pavement in EB lanes)

Stage 4 October 2026 – November 2026 (finish inside lane and signals)
