Construction includes:

• Milling 2.25 inches of existing asphalt and paving 3.25 inches of hot-mix asphalt in rural areas
• Milling 3.25 inches of existing asphalt and paving 3.25 inches of hot-mix asphalt in urban areas
• Replacing joints on the Eighteen Mile Creek Bridge in village of Colfax
• Placing centerline rumble strips in rural areas
• Replacing cross culverts, guardrail and sidewalk curb ramps
• Replacing the railroad crossing in the village of Colfax
  • This work will be completed by the railroad.
