• Motorists can expect shoulder closures throughout the project limits.
• One lane is closed on Bay Street.
  • Motorists will encounter lane closures during milling and paving operations.
• Traffic signals have been set to flash mode.
• During milling and paving operations, there is no parking on East Elm, North Bridge, West Cedar and Bay streets.
