Scheduled traffic impacts week of July 13 for highway maintenance

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region provides a weekly list of expected, upcoming traffic impacts for maintenance work on state highways in Northeast Wisconsin. Maintenance is provided by county highway department crews or WisDOT Bureau of Structures bridge experts. Maintenance operation schedules can change due to weather and maintenance crew manpower. Check back often for schedule and traffic impact updates throughout the week.

Brown County

• Maintenance crews will be polyjacking on SB I-41 over Shawano Avenue and the collector distributor ramp over Badgerland Drive bridge on Tuesday, July 15 and Wednesday, July 16 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. The collector distributor ramp and the Shawano Avenue on-ramp will be closed during these repairs.
• Maintenance crews will be repairing pavement on EB WIS 29 at County VV on Wednesday, July 16 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. A lane closure will be used during repairs.
• Maintenance crews will be repairing pavement on NB WIS 57 at County P on Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 18. A lane closure will be used during repairs.

Fond du Lac County

• Maintenance crews will be repairing pavement on SB US 151 at Schaeffer Road on Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 18. A lane closure will be used during repairs.

Sheboygan County

• Maintenance crews will be repairing cable guard on SB I-43 at County Line Road on Thursday, July 17 from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. A lane closure will be used during repairs.
• Maintenance crews will be repairing cable guard on EB WIS 23 at County TT, daily, Tuesday, July 15 to Thursday, July 17 from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. A lane closure will be used during repairs.
• Maintenance crews will be repairing concrete on EB WIS 23 between County P and Inez Court on Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 18. A lane closure will be used during repairs.

Oconto County

• Maintenance crews will be repairing pavement on SB US 141 between Chicken Shack Road and Stiles Tower Road from Monday, July 14 through Friday, July 18. A lane closure will be used during repairs.

Winnebago County

• Maintenance crews will be polyjacking on SB I-41 over Lake Buttes Morts on Sunday, July 13 and Monday, July 14 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. A lane closure will be used during repairs.
• Maintenance crews will be repairing pavement on NB and SB US 45 between County T and Woodland Road from 8 p.m., Sunday, July 13 to 9 a.m., Thursday, July 17. A lane closure will be used during repairs.
• Maintenance crews will be repairing barrier wall along southbound I-41 near Lake Butte des Morts bridge within the US 45 interchange in Winnebago County. There will be continuous lane reductions, from 3 lanes to 2 lanes, on southbound I-41 beginning on July 7 through July 18.
  • Lane closures will create delays on I-41. These delays may be significant during peak travel times. Please consider alternate routes.
  • Throughout the duration of the project, intermittent nighttime (off-peak) lane closures will occur on I-41 within the project limits generally between the hours of 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.
