Scheduled traffic impacts week of December 15 for highway maintenance

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region provides a weekly list of expected upcoming traffic impacts for maintenance work on state highways in Northeast Wisconsin. Maintenance is provided by county highway department crews or WisDOT Bureau of Structures bridge experts. Maintenance operation schedules can change due to weather and maintenance crew manpower. Check back often for schedule and traffic impact updates throughout the week.

SB=Southbound NB=Northbound EB=Eastbound WB=Westbound

Brown County

• Maintenance crews will be repairing beam guard on SB I-41 at I-43 on Friday, December 19 from 2 to 5 a.m.  A lane closure will be used during repairs.

Manitowoc County

• Maintenance crews will be repairing beam guard on NB and SB I-43 at Carstens Lake Road, daily, Monday, December 15 to Thursday, December 18 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Various lane closures will be used during repairs.

Marinette County

• Maintenance crews will be repairing beam guard on SB US 41 between Schacht Road and County Y on Monday, December 15 through Friday, December 19 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Various lane closures will be used during repairs.
