The ramp off westbound I-94 to the SWEF is closed through November. Other impacts include:

• I-94 westbound:
  • Traffic has been shifted onto a temporary bypass; on the bypass, there are left and right shoulder closures.
  • Motorists will encounter inside lane closures during off-peak travel times during the week of Sept. 16.
  • Motorists also will encounter outside lane closures during off-peak travel times from Sept. 23 to Nov. 15.
• I-94 eastbound:
  • The inside shoulder is closed.
  • Motorists will encounter daily off-peak inside lane closures Sept. 16 through Oct. 4.
• US 12:
  • Motorists will encounter an Inside lane closure controlled by flagging on westbound US 12 northwest of Elk Mound from the on-ramp to westbound I-94 to the park and ride lot west of the I-94/US 12/WIS 29 interchange.
