During construction in 2025, I-94 will remain open to traffic, but:

• Motorists will encounter lane and shoulder closures during off-peak travel times.
• Work is expected to result in nighttime closures of ramps from eastbound I-94 to WIS 35 North and southbound WIS 35 to westbound I-94.
  • During both ramp closures, motorists will be detoured via eastbound I-94, Carmichael Road and westbound I-94 to access WIS 35 North.

Construction in 2025 will not impact pedestrian or bicycle traffic.
