I-94 remains open to traffic, but motorists will encounter the following on eastbound I-94:

• Operating on temporary lanes built in the median at Kinney Road
  • The speed limit has been reduced to 60 mph.
  • Traffic at Kinney Road is scheduled to be switched from the temporary lanes to the permanent eastbound lanes on Wednesday (Aug. 26) evening.
    • Once the traffic shift is made, there will be nightly closures at Kinney Road to remove temporary lanes and barriers.
    • Eastbound I-94 at Kinney Road is expected to close from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 1 and 2 to remove the temporary bridge.
