Construction in 2024 includes:

• Removing trees to the north of westbound I-94.
• Building temporary crossovers on both sides of each bridge.
• Building temporary bridges in the median at Kinney Road and 100th Street, along with temporary lanes of I-94.
• Installing permanent storm sewer pipes at Kinney Road.

Construction in 2025 includes:

• Building new westbound bridges at Kinney Road and 100th Street.
• Replacing 1,000 to 1,200 feet pavement on westbound I-94 on both sides of the structures.

Construction in 2026 includes:

• Building new eastbound bridges at Kinney Road and 100th Street
• Replacing 1,000 to 1,200 feet pavement on eastbound I-94 on both sides of the structures.
• Removing temporary structures and lanes.
