Overview
WisDOT will replace Safety Rest Area facilities at both Safety Rest Area 51 and 52 on either side of I-43 in Manitowoc County, just south of the Brown County Line. Construction is schedule to begin in April 2025 and will feature expanded parking. Both rest areas will be CLOSED during construction.
