Overview
I-39 southbound has pavement and paved portions of shoulders that are deteriorated and in need of rehabilitation between WIS 78 and US 51 in Columbia County. The project will address the deteriorated pavement, improve the operational and safety characteristics, and prolong the life of the I-39 southbound roadway and shoulders.
