Overview
The project will take place on WIS 54 from French Road to Seminary Road in Outagamie County in the city of Seymour and the towns of Seymour, Osborn, and Oneida. This is a reconstruction-level project at the intersections of WIS 54/WIS 55 and WIS 54/Ivory Street/County C in Seymour. The remainder of the project is a rehabilitation-level project with resurfacing, new lane configuration, and other work. Multiple road and intersection closures will take place during construction.
