June 27, 2024 Update:

Traffic:

1. Remains in stage 2 (bi-directional traffic on westbound lanes)
2. County W north leg is open to right turn in and out only
3. Access for Black Bull Fireworks (south side of WIS 50) will be maintained across median at driveway entrance

This Week:

1. Pavement removals, grading, select borrow, and base aggregate placement for eastbound WIS 50
2. Pouring east expansion joint and parapet surface repairs on railroad bridge

Next Week:

1. Finishing base aggregate placement on eastbound WIS 50
2. Storm sewer, culvert, and underdrain installation at eastbound WIS 50
3. Prep work for deck overlays at railroad bridge
4. Holiday shutdown beginning end of workday 7/3; work to resume on 7/8

Future Work (2 weeks+):

1. Deck overlays at railroad bridge week of 7/8
2. Fine grading and trimming of base aggregate
3. Eastbound mainline concrete pavement tentatively 7/11 or 7/12
