Last Update (4/28/2026):

On Friday, May 1, contractors plan to shift traffic control to the west side of the roadway of WIS 31 (Green Bay Road), between Durand Avenue and Castle Court, weather permitting. This transition marks the next phase of the ongoing roadway improvements in the corridor. During this time, contractors will construct the east side of the roadway. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained in each direction, and access to all businesses and residences will remain open.

• Left-Turn access will be available at WIS 11 (One Lane), Timber Drive, Regency W Drive, Regency Shopping Center/Mall Entrance, 21st Street.
• Cross traffic left turn movements will be prohibited at Joanne Drive, Margery Drive, Castle Court, Greenleaf Boulevard, Sunset Boulevard, Byrd Avenue, and Lincoln Village Drive. Please use alternative routes.

Weather dependent, construction for this segment of the project is anticipated to be completed in December 2026 followed by a winter shutdown. Further updates will be provided regarding any future traffic impacts.
