Overview
This project in Manitowoc County will improve 8.72 miles of US 10/WIS 310 from County P (Branch) to Columbus Street in the city of Two Rivers. Construction begins Monday, July 8. US 10/WIS 310 will remain open. There will be short-term (two-week) closures of the roundabouts at County R, County Q, and County B in September 2024. Work is expected to finish in November of this year.
