Overview
The overall project includes replacing the aging Water Street Bridge in Eau Claire with a new, slightly wider structure to accommodate both bicycles and pedestrians. There are also plans for approach work, modification of traffic signals, and new decorative lighting. Construction is expected to be complete in fall 2016.
