The project consists of reconstruction of WIS 98 from Helm Street to Elm Drive. New water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer will be installed within the project limits.

WIS 98 will be closed to through traffic during construction. Local access will be maintained to businesses and residents.

Construction for the project began in early April and is anticipated to be completed in late fall 2017.
