Construction consists of:

• Replacing the existing concrete pavement in select areas of pavement failure due to poor soils
• Replacing base material and adding geo-grid in those poor soils areas
• Making concrete joint repairs
• Completing culvert work, which includes:
  • Replacing, resetting, extending or cleaning culvert pipes
  • Attaching new apron end walls
  • Grading ditches from apron end wall to the road right of way
  • Placing rip rap at the end of culvert pipes and end walls
• Replacing pavement markings
