Construction includes:

• Removing 2 inches of the existing pavement in the rural segment and placing 3.25 inches of new asphalt pavement.
• Removing 3.25 inches of the existing pavement in the urban segment and placing 3.25 inches of new asphalt pavement.
• Installing centerline rumble strips.
• Cleaning or replacing culverts.
• Replacing guardrail and upgrading end terminals.
• Cleaning ditches.
• Replacing pavement markings.
• Upgrading sidewalk curb ramps in the village of Hixton.
