The roadway surface is aged and deteriorated with cracking and rutting. Pavement treatment is needed to extend the pavement service life. The proposed scope of work is to provide WIS 92 with a new asphalt surface. Existing beam guard will be removed and replaced in locations where it is past its useful life. Culverts in poor condition will be removed and replaced.
