• WIS 73 will be closed to through traffic
• Signed detour will be WIS 13 to WIS 54 to WIS 80
• Access will be maintained for local traffic and emergency vehicles at all times
• Changeable message boards will be maintained during culvert work to tell local traffic which culvert location is closed
