During construction, WIS 64 will remain open to traffic, but motorists might encounter lane closures controlled by flagging. In addition:

• Vehicular access will be maintained for emergency responders.
• Access to farms, farm fields, businesses and residences will be maintained.
  • If access needs to be interrupted, project staff will coordinate with property owners at least 48 hours prior to restricting access.
• Shoulders might be closed at times if necessary.
