Construction consists of:

• Replacing the culvert carrying Otter Creek.
• Rehabilitating the bridge over the Hay River by making concrete surface repairs, replacing bridge joints and overlaying the deck with concrete.
• Repairing or replacing additional culverts along that stretch.
• Paving over the roadway where culverts are replaced.
• Replacing guardrail and pavement markings.
