Construction includes:

• Milling a portion of the existing pavement; mixing the millings with emulsion, rejuvenating agents and additives; relaying it; and then seal coating the roadway.
• Patching base asphalt.
• Repairing a washout.
• Reshouldering at guardrail.
• Adding centerline rumble strips and pavement marking.
