Construction includes:

• Removing 2.25 inches of the existing pavement and placing 3.75 inches of new asphalt pavement
• Installing centerline rumble strips
• Completing culvert work, including cleaning and resetting end walls
• Replacing guardrail
• Installing new pavement markings
