Anticipated work scheduled: Crews will:

• Finish paving the asphalt pavement surface layer on the right lane in the westbound direction.
• Shape and place shoulder gravel along the outside shoulders in both directions.
• Apply the temporary pavement markings needed to open the right lane to traffic.
• Work on the polymer overlay at the Big Rib River bridge on WIS 29 westbound.
• Mill off the existing asphalt pavement in the left lane and median shoulder in both directions of WIS 29.

Traffic impacts (the next 10 days): 

• The right lane is closed to traffic in both the eastbound and westbound directions on WIS 29 from Purple Martin Lane to the Little Rib River. During the course of the week of Aug. 11, the closure will switch to the left lane in each direction.
• Daily ramp closures will occur to allow milling and paving operations on WIS 29 to pass through the exit and entrance portions of ramps.
