During construction, motorists will encounter:

• Single-lane closures during pavement and bridge repair work and asphalt paving
• Closure of County E and Cardinal Avenue interchange ramps during pavement repair and asphalt paving
  • Traffic will be directed to the next interchange to then circle back on WIS 29 to a corresponding open ramp when ramps are closed.
• Flagging to direct ramp traffic at the partial interchange at Hi Line Avenue
