Construction includes:

• Recycling the top 3 inches of pavement on the majority of the project corridor and overlaying it with asphalt.
• Resurfacing approximately 1,000 feet of asphalt pavement just south of WIS 29.
• Repairing the Paint Creek Bridge and substructure; milling the bridge deck and applying a concrete overlay; and adding approach pavement on both sides of the structure.
• Cleaning, repairing, removing or replacing culverts as needed.
• Adding centerline rumble strips.
• Upgrading guardrail.
