Overview
The project is designed to replace deteriorated pavement along WIS 28 between County V and WIS 175. Additional improvements along this 4.5-mile section of WIS 28 include upgrading guardrail, pavement markings, replacement of deteriorated culverts and curb ramp upgrades within the Village of Theresa.
