This project will resurface WIS 23 between the Wisconsin River bridge and US 14 in Spring Green. Additional improvements include:

• Removing 4 inches of asphaltic pavement and replacing that with 4 inches of new asphaltic pavement
• Subgrade repairs near Madison Street
• Updating curb ramps to meet Americans with Disabilities Act standards
• Replacing a railroad crossing surface
• Replacing end walls on a culvert north of Old River Road
• Installing safety rumble strips on the 55-mph section of the highway
