Traffic impacts

WIS 16 will remain open to traffic with one lane in each direction for the duration of the project.  Some work operations will have that traffic managed by flaggers.

The east intersection of WIS 16 with Hamlet Avenue will be closed to traffic for the duration of the right turn lane construction.
