The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) will replace the pavement on WIS 16 from East Main Street to just 0.23 miles east of the intersection of WIS 16 and Rock River Road west of Oconomowoc (8.85 miles). This includes the WIS 16/WIS 19 ramps from East Gate Drive to WIS 16.

Improvements include:

• Replacement of the existing pavement and base material
• Upgrade of guardrail
• Bridge deck surface repairs
• Installation of a roundabout at the intersection of East Main Street and WIS 16
• Mill and overlay of the roundabout at the intersection of WIS 16 and County F (American St) in Ixonia
