Construction includes:

• Replacing the existing sets of culvert structures at each site
  • The northern culvert will be replaced by three elliptical concrete pipes, and the southern culvert will be replaced with a twin-cell concrete box culvert.
• Grading each site
• Placing new pavement on WIS 13 at the replacement sites
