Construction includes:

• Milling 2 inches of pavement in the existing northbound lane
• Widening WIS 13 on the west side to add a 12-foot left-turn lane for northbound WIS 13 traffic
• Reconstructing pavement and base layers in the widened area
• Replacing culverts and signage
• Placing new pavement markings
