The project on WIS 131 will consist of a mill and relay of the existing pavement and then a 3.5 Inch asphalt overlay. Additional improvements include:

• Replacement of six bridges and one box culvert
• Replacement of guardrail
• Culvert pipe improvements and replacements
• Minor paved shoulder widening
• Curb and gutter will be added in rural sections to improve drainage
• The urban sections in the Village of Steuben and Soldiers Grove improvements:
  • New curb and gutter
  • New storm sewer
  • Updated sidewalk
• ADA compliance will be improved by upgrading existing curb ramps
