The project is scheduled to start on April 1, 2016.  Initial work includes survey and traffic control. Traffic impacts will begin on April 11, 2016 when underground work begins. Underground work will begin on April 18, 2016.

Project completion date is June 24, 2016.

Traffic impacts

• Monday, June 6, 2016 – Milling and paving operations begin on WIS 123.
• WIS 123 will remain open to traffic, but travelers should expect delays as traffic will be flagged.
• Side road closures and parking restrictions will be in place.
• Friday, June 17 – The milling and paving operation is expected to be completed.
