This modernization project will upgrade the intersection of WIS 11 and WIS 23 to a roundabout to improve safety and operations.
Improvements include:
- HMA and concrete pavement
- Culvert pipes
- Concrete curb and gutter
- Storm Sewer
- Lighting
- Erosion control
- Permanent signing
- Permanent pavement markings
